Channel Abstraction Layer
Same negotiation logic runs on WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta Cloud API — no unsanctioned libraries — plus Telegram and email. Conversations are NOT rerouted across channels without consent: each channel stays isolated, by privacy design. Instagram and Messenger in Meta review.

Gaia Security Operations
Zero-Trust by default. HMAC-SHA256 signed BFF. Per-tenant isolation on PostgreSQL. Audit trail of every authenticated change.
