Softnatos® is a Brazilian Deep Tech B2B company focused on the high-ticket market. Our flagship product, Gaia Prime, is a Sovereign Cognitive Engine (SaaS) that deploys autonomous AI agents directly into WhatsApp and omnichannel.
We don't sell chatbots. We deliver synthetic workers that qualify, negotiate and close contracts under the same frameworks used by the world's top sales teams: SPIN Selling, MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale.
Why we exist
B2B sales and support stacks are saturated with digital duct tape — drag-and-drop automations and brittle chatbots that frustrate end customers. Sales leaders waste thousands of hours building colorful flowcharts that don't convert.
We built Gaia Prime to solve this at the root, with an architecture that assumes three things: the end customer is demanding, the leader's time is expensive, and data security is non-negotiable.
